RECIPES
There are infinite ways to enjoy Grindon's Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Dukkha. A few simple ideas are highlighted below, and more will follow, so check back another time. We have not specified which variety of oil or dukkha to use in each recipe as they are all compatable with each other and will depend on your individual preference.
Bruscetta
Baked Potato
Pasta
Bruschetta:
Turkish bread |
1/8 Red onion |
1 Tomato |
Grindon EVOO |
1/4 Avocado |
salt and pepper |
Finely dice tomato, avocado and red onion and place in a bowl. Add a drizzle of Grindon EVOO and seasonings to taste. Spread over Turkish bread and place in oven to warm through.

Baked Potato:
Scrub potato, and prick with a fork. Microwave on high until nearly cooked (3 - 6 minutes), turning once. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until skin is crispy. Cut in half lengthway, drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with dukkha.

Pasta:
Pasta of your choice |
Chorizo, or similar |
Grindon EVOO |
Cherry tomatoes |
Grindon Dukkha |
Any other vegetables as desired (eg mushrooms, capsicum, snow peas) |
Cook pasta in accordance with instructions, then drain and return to saucepan. Add drizzle of olive oil, a generous shake of dukkha and chopped meat and vegetables. Heat through and serve.
